ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Enrollment Process: Information Pack

APPLICATION

In order to apply for admission to Applewood Learning Tree, your child must be at least 18 months old by August 15th. It is compulsory for families to tour the facility prior to submitting an application. However, touring is not mandatory for joining the waitlist.


Private tours are available from January onwards for the upcoming school year. The tours usually take place on Friday mornings from January to February. However, if needed, weekend tour options are also available. The tours typically last between 30-45 minutes, during which your child is encouraged to come along. Sara, the tour guide, loves to meet children and introduce them to the classroom environment.


After the tour, if you feel that Applewood Learning Tree is a good fit for your family, an application will be sent to you via email. Class assignments will be sent out in early March. Returning families receive priority in-class assignments. Classes are assigned strategically, balancing age and gender. A registration fee of $125 is required to hold your child's position.


Enrollment forms will be sent out in late spring. As per the licensing regulations of the state of Colorado, all children must be up-to-date on their immunizations to attend a licensed childcare facility.​
